THE third annual Suffolk Coastal Sports Awards in association with the Coastal Sports Alliance, has seen Leiston Football Club collect the Club of the Year award.
THE third annual Suffolk Coastal Sports Awards in association with the Coastal Sports Alliance, has seen Leiston Football Club collect the Club of the Year award.
The awards ceremonies held at the Spa Pavilion, Felixstowe on Sunday evening, saw Leiston vice-chairman Peter Mayhew collect the award for the club following their heroic run in last season's FA Cup where they reached the first round proper.
The award is just recognition for everyone's efforts involved with the club and also its continuing plans to enhance links within the community including upgrading of its current facilities.
