LIFE is never dull at Stonham Aspal with two promotions and two relegations within the last five seasons.

The first team will be back in junior football next season after dropping out of the Senior Division of the Metaltec SIL.

And they will have a new manager with Jason Fulcher moving up from the A team to take charge.

He replaces Steve Martin and Nigel Stiff who were in charge through First Division promotions in 2005 and 2007 and relegations in 2006 and 2009.

Stonham are looking for a reserve team manager in Intermediate B following the resignation of Rick Hearn and also a man to replace Fulcher running the A team in Division Four.

Applications are invited from internal and outside candidates and should be telephoned to secretary Eric Cousins on 01449 711884 or 07733 110820.

Fulcher signed off with the A team with an exciting 2-1 victory over East Bergholt A in the final of the SIL Club Colours Cup at Framlingham Town. Bergholt hit the bar in the dying seconds before a crowd of 150.
