Park found it difficult to play their usual hockey in the very blustery conditions at Lowestoft.
With many chances being saved by the goalkeeper they eventually got the breakthrough when Sarah Whatling found the back of the net.
They quickly added their second before half time when Justine Howe managed to get a slight edge on the ball to deflect it into the net.
In the second half, following a goalmouth scramble, Park got their third with Wendy Corneby getting the final touch.
Justine Howe completed the scoring when she tapped in from the right post.
