Ipswich Town, who were knocked out by last season's runners-up Needham Market, will face Leiston in the first round.
First round draw: Kirkley & Pakefield v Lowestoft Town, Ipswich Town v Leiston, Haverhill Rovers v Newmarket Town, Hadleigh Utd v Felixstowe & Walton Utd, Debenham LC v Bury Town, Woodbridge Town v AFC Sudbury, Needham Market v Mildenhall Town.
