THEY certainly breed them loyal down Felixstowe way.
Twelve lads who joined forces with Felixstowe and Walton United as Under-Eights are now playing in adult football having been in an Under-16 side last season.
In total the dutiful dozen made a staggering 1,757 appearances and scored 820 goals.
“All the boys were presented with long- service awards,” said club official Phil Griffiths.
“And the good news for Seasider supporters is that appearances and goals are still adding up as most of the lads are continuing to represent the club at reserves and Under-18 levels.
“Mathew McKenzie and Liam Butcher have also become regular members of our Ridgeons League first- team squad.”
