COLCHESTER United boss John Ward has confirmed that Michail Antonio and Magnus Okuonghae, who both hobbled off against Huddersfield last weekend, will be fit to play against visiting Oldham this Saturday.

Reading loanee Antonio failed to appear for the second half at the Galpharm Stadium, having netted the U’s second in a 3-2 defeat to the Terriers.

Defender Okuonghae also failed to last the full 90 minutes, after taking a knock on the ankle, but both he and winger Antonio will feature against the Latics.

Antonio is on loan from Reading for a month, while Okuonghae is in the final year of his current contract with the U’s.

Ward continued: “Ashley (Vincent) has a smile on his face. It’s a pretty run-of-the-mill injury that will take him six weeks, and we are already had a couple of weeks into that.”
