Harleston Magpies II slipped to a narrow defeat in their last pre-season friendly of the season after some strong defending throughout.
During the first half Magpies were under pressure but defended well, thanks to some excellent saves by Calianne Clark which helped to keep the score 0-0 at half time.
Magpies started the second half strongly with some good runs from midfield by Lucy Miller.
Ipswich hit back by getting a goal from a short corner to make it 1-0.
The score remained 1-0 due to some good defending by Amy Tuffs and the rest of the defence.
