Clacton failed to get a single short corner during the game which sums up the lack of pressure the Seasiders were able to generate and the home side were in no mood to gift the visitors an easy route back into the game.
The season now enters a six-week break, which will feel like an eternity for Clacton who next take on Dunmow at home on January 20.
