MELTON ST Audrys have announced a new management team with the appointment of Matt Smith and Liam Manning as joint first-team managers.They bring with them a wealth of coaching experience from their roles with Ipswich Town Academy.
MELTON ST Audrys FC have announced a new management team with the appointment of Matt Smith and Liam Manning as joint first-team managers.
They bring with them a wealth of coaching experience from their roles with Ipswich Town Academy.
Matt has previously been involved in management with Coggeshall Town and Liam as a player with Ipswich Town and most recently with Ridgeons side Wroxham.
Liam intends to play an active role as player as well as coach and will bring some quality to a side that they feel is just short of one or two more experienced players.
Both have plans to give the current squads a chance to prove themselves, with the first team sitting fourth in the Senior Division and the Reserves top of Intermediate A.
The Club would also like to thank former manager Simon Fryatt for his efforts and commitment during his time with St Audrys.
