Ipswich Town manager Mick McCarthy spoke to the media this afternoon ahead of Saturday’s trip to Brentford.
A week on from it being revealed he will be moving on at the end of the season, McCarthy has now taken charge of two Blues matches but has admitted he is no longer enjoying his job.
Next up for the Blues is Saturday’s visit to Brentford but McCarthy’s comments following Monday’s 2-2 draw with Millwall led to discussion over whether he would see out his contract.
He confirmed he will be staying on until the end of the campaign, while also discussing his side’s injury problems, Terry Connor’s future and the status of the club’s out-of-contract players.
