Mildenhall Fen Tigers have a chance to strengthen their play-off hopes when they travel to Buxton in a National League fixture on Sunday.

Robert Henry’s side have made a good start to the campaign in the League, with an away victory at Cradley already in the bag, as well as two fine home wins over Belle Vue and King’s Lynn.

Connor Mountain again leads the Fen Tigers’ charge, buoyed by a fine performance by him for the Ipswich Witches on Thursday night.

Jordan Jenkins is however once again unavailable.

“Mildenhall are a team that I tipped to do well this season and they are showing that we must be on our guard,” said Buxton boss Jason Pipe.

“They will be coming to Buxton full of confidence and to make it as hard as possible for us.
