RICHARD Naylor will have surgery on his neck injury next week and will be out of action for at least three months.
Ipswich Town's longest serving player goes under the knife in London to cure a slipped spinal cord disc in the neck but the club are hopeful he will be fit for the beginning of next season.
Town physio Matt Byard said: “Richard will have the operation in early April and we are looking at three months rehab from there so hopefully he should be back for pre-season training.”
