A MAGNIFICENT volley from Substitute Glenn Snell three minutes from time salvaged a point for Needham and made sure the race for the title will be decided next Saturday at Soham.
Strangely Needham players scored all four goals in this entertaining game. Dereham went ahead just before the half hour when Nicky Howell's driven cross was diverted past his own keeper by defender Rhys Barber. There was an almost carbon copy goal eight minutes later with this time Ben Wake heading in another Howell centre for a second own goal.
Skipper mark Bailey pulled a goal back for the visitors on 43 minutes with a 25-yard drive in to the top corner.
