DANNY Laws has been named Ryman League Division One North manager of the Month.
Laws scooped the accolade after his Needham Market side recorded five straight league wins during November.
Needham started the month with a 2-1 win at Ilford, before successive 4-0 home wins against Ware and Thamesmead.
They then won 4-0 at Waltham Abbey before rounding off the month with a 2-1 victory over Grays in a top-of-the-table clash at Bloomfields.
