NEEDHAM Market’s dreams of playing Ryman League Premier Division football next season have ended after they went down 1-0 to Enfield in the Division One North play-off final.
Walio Matata’s 17-minute strike was the difference between the two sides this afternoon as second-placed Enfield, who finished runners-up to Leiston, held on to the victory.
Danny Laws’ Suffolk side had a second-half goal, scored by Rhys Barber, chalked off for offside but, on reflection, Enfield deserved their victory.
