KING'S Lynn FC have today been officially wound up at the High Court in London.
Chairman Ken Bobbins failed with a last-ditch appeal to the High Court hearing this morning.
King's Lynn currently sit fourth in the Unibond League Premier Division.
The news is certain to have ramifications at Ridgeons League level, where Lynn's Reserves are fourth from bottom.
Assuming their reserves' side drop out of the Ridgeons League, then clubs' records in matches against the Linnets' second string will be expunged from the records.
It will also more than likely mean that only two clubs will be relegated to Division One, rather than three.
