Ipswich Town are in Championship action this afternoon as they take on Nottingham Forest at the City Ground (3pm).
In the club’s first game following Mick McCarthy’s departure on Tuesday evening, Bryan Klug is in temporary charge as the Blues face a Forest side managed by Aitor Karanka.
Ipswich were at Forest on the final day of last season, when the hosts won to save themselves from relegation and secure Championship status.
Klug has called for unity heading into the contest.
“Hopefully we can put all that behind us and can all enjoy what is a great football club,” he said.
“By the end of this month if some things have started to knit back together then that will be a success for me.”
