MAGNUS Okuonghae will have to sit out Colchester United’s attractive home game against fourth-placed MK Dons tomorrow.
Centre-half Okuonghae picked up his fifth booking of the season, during the U’s 4-1 win at Crewe in the FA Cup last weekend.
That means the ex-Dagenham & Redbridge defender has been slapped with a one-match ban, which he will serve tomorrow.
Manager John Ward has been without fellow centre-half Pat Baldwin (fractured big toe) for the last six weeks, so his options in the heart of defence are limited.
It is likely that in Okuonghae’s absence, either ex-Ipswich Town defender Tom Eastman or the versatile John White will partner Matt Heath in central defence.
