PLANS are now finalised for the first Olive Leaf ‘Heavies’ reunion for 20 years.
These stars of the Seventies Sunday League football were famous for their off field charity exploits and they are donating proceeds from their get-together to the Treehouse Appeal.
This will be at Whitton United FC on Saturday April 2 starting at 7.30pm.
It is hoped that their many friends and rivals from 40 years ago – Dock Commission, Birchwood, Queens and Ipswich and East Suffolk - will attend.
Tickets cost �10 and must be purchased before the day due to catering arrangements.
