Framlingham Flyers enjoyed a one-to-three at the head of the field on a fine morning when 255 runners, joggers and walkers completed the weekly 5K run on the promenade.

Adam Howlett was first home in a personal best time (for the course) of 17mins 15secs, followed by club-mates Jim Last (17:22) and Scott Manning (17:52).

Glynn Thomas, an over-50 veteran from Ipswich JAFFA, was fourth finisher in 19:16, while Neal Hardwick notched a PB of 19:31 in fifth spot.
