FEMALE footballers are being given the opportunity to play on a weekly basis, for just 2, at Goals Ipswich.
The opportunity is part of the FA Mars Just Play initiative and fits into a programme launched by the FA recently, along with Adult Football Partner, Mars.
The Ipswich Female Only Just Play Centre operates every Monday evening between 5.30pm-6.30pm and budding participants can just turn up and play.
Get into Football Officer James Payne said: “The sessions provide an excellent opportunity for female players to participate without there being any need for a commitment to attend every week and is open to ladies of all ages and abilities, whether using it as an extra training session or an introduction to the game as we have seen from the centre’s launch match.”
A male Just Play Centre operates at Goals Ipswich on Wednesday evenings between 7pm-8pm.
