Ipswich Town boss Paul Hurst spoke to the media ahead of this weekend’s visit to Rotherham – and gave a transfer deadline day update.
Hurst’s opening game as Ipswich manager ended with a 2-2 against Blackburn on Saturday, with the new boss hoping to back that up against the side which beat him in last season’s League One play-off final while he was in charge of Shrewsbury.
Today’s press conference came in the middle of deadline day for permanent deals.
The signing of Kayden Jackson this morning took Hurst’s signings to a total of nine, while there are also possible arrivals and departures before the 5pm cut-off.
