COLCHESTER United’s match at Hartlepool this weekend is in doubt.
The North-East club will be staging a pitch inspection tomorrow morning at 10.30am, before the U’s are set to leave Essex.
The Victoria Park pitch has been under three inches of snow this week, which has prevented the surface from being frozen.
But more wintry weather is forecast.
Hartlepool are currently rock bottom of League One, while the U’s have lost their last nine games on the bounce.
If the game does go ahead, midfielder Anthony Wordsworth will serve the second of his two-match suspension, while injuries are set to rule out midfielder Kem Izzet and winger Jack Compton.
