The Woodpeckers have been found guilty of fielding two ineligible players in their 5-1 win at Dellwood Avenue on January 2.
Records of the match, in which Josh Mayhew scored the first senior hat-trick of his career, have been expunged from the records, and the game will now be replayed on Tuesday, March 23.
Woodbridge stay second bottom of the league and now have seven points - four more than Wivenhoe Town.
