Former AFC Sudbury and Needham Market striker joined Leiston in January.
Rowe hit 21 goals in 22 appearances including five in one match against Mildenhall in March for the Victory Road side. A spate of injuries restricted his appearances late in the season and he has now joined Ryman Premier League side Canvey Island for an undisclosed fee.
