ALL eyes may be on England at Portman Road tomorrow but Blues boss Joe Royle is concentrating on getting things right for Ipswich Town's home encounter with Coventry City, writes Derek Davis.

Only Georges Santos missed training yesterday with a tight hamstring as Town looked to get the disappointment of defeat at Crewe out of the system.

Royle missed the training session himself with a hip injury, so that is another striker option closed for Town. Now there is someone who knows how to get in the box and score goals.

The Blues boss said: "We are working on getting things right. There is a lot of excitement about England this week, there is a real buzz about the pace and while we will enjoy that game we know what we have to do about getting things right for Saturday."

Royle will add colour summary to the Sky TV coverage on Wednesday and admits he is getting wrapped up in the excitement for tomorrow's international at Portman Road.

He said: "I'm a great patriot and always want to see England win. I have been asked on as a guest by Sky so that is good that the club is represented in another way as well."

John McGreal also trained with the first team and will get more match fitness with Town's reserves against Southampton tomorrow. Alun Armstrong will look to press for a first-team return, while Jermaine Wright will also get a run-out in the second string.
