Rye House boss John Sampford believes Steve Boxall’s return to the Premier League will be a success on competitive machinery.
Boxall made his comeback with Kent at National League level in 2013 but is back with the Rockets this season and has received assistance from a sponsor to buy an almost brand-new machine from the stable of former World No.3 Ryan Sullivan.
Sampford said: “My only concern over Steve has been equipment. His talent is never in question, as any knowledgeable speedway person will agree. Now he has two good bikes, so I am much more at ease.”
