BURY gained their second successive home win in a hard-fought encounter against Ware.
The hosts had already had two goals disallowed in the opening minutes before they finally took the lead in the fifth minute when, after good work by James Tatham, Steve Bugg slotted home.
Just two minutes after the restart Bury doubled their advantage when Owen Paynter got clear on the right and Sam Reed was on hand to fire home.
On the hour Ware had a goal disallowed for pushing, but six minutes later they did reduce the arrears when John Frendo got clear of the Bury defence to beat Greygoose.
