COLCHESTER United manager Joe Dunne has made seven changes from the team that lost 2-1 at Northampton, in the JP Trophy in midweek, for today’s League One clash with second-placed Stevenage.
Mark Cousins, Magnus Okuonghae, Marcus Bean and Anthony Wordsworth are the only survivors from the disappointment at Sixfields and there are recalls for Michael Rose, Tom Eastman, Brian Wilson, Gavin Massey and loan trio Craig Eastmond, Sanchez Watt and Jabo Ibehre.
As for Stevenage, only one player, skipper Mark Roberts remains from the Boro starting line-up that thumped Colchester 6-1 at the Weston Homes Community Stadium in January.
The visitors are unbeaten this season and have not failed to score in any league game since April.
