SPANISH giants Athletic Bilbao will be the glamorous first visitors to Colchester United's new Weston Homes Community Stadium.
Subject to final agreements, Bilabo will play Colchester in the first pre-season friendly to be staged at the new ground, before Geraint Williams' men begin their League One campaign.
The fixture will be played on Monday, August 4. It is the U's only pre-season home game, and will be their last friendly before they kick-off their campaign at Hartlepool the following Saturday.
