Nicholas Clarke, of Ipswich JAFFA, led everyone home in a time of 17mins 39secs, which was an excellent personal best at what was his 110th parkrun.

James Gibson was a runner-up in 18:16, while Tilly Aldis was first female by finishing 12th overall.

Competing in the 11-14 year-old age group, the talented Aldis clocked 20:00, although she was much slower than her PB for the course of 19:11, set a year ago. She regularly runs for Suffolk. Jayne Chappels, representing Kesgrave Kruisers, was second in 20:37 and Rosie Denny third with 21:41.
