The 25-year-old has been watched by a clutch of Premier League clubs including Aston Villa.
He has been promised a call-up for the Brazil squad by coach Dunga once he earns a move to the Premier League.
Bastos, who has an impressive goalscoring record too, is represented by former Middlesbrough striker Mikkel Beck.
