Golfers of all abilities are welcome to come along – whether you are beginner wishing to get started in the game with lessons, or a seasoned player who would like to take advantage of the “no joining fee” and “14 months for the price of 12” membership deals on offer over the weekend.
There will also be free golf clinics given at the Driving Range from 10am and 12 noon on both days, and complimentary nine holes of golf (confident players only) on Sunday from 10am.
Stoke-by-Nayland Golf Club has also launched a new initiative this year to encourage aspiring golfers of any age to get into the game of golf - and of course to ensure that they’ll have fun whilst they learn!

The aim is to encourage anyone to join in at any level of the golf “escalator” that suits them, and then progress upwards at their own pace, to get even more enjoyment both from the game itself, and from being part of a club.
In addition to the Open Weekend activities there will be rolling four-week coaching courses starting on both weekdays and weekends for adults, ladies and juniors from beginners upwards.
