Sudbury sign former international cricketer

SUDBURY have signed a former international cricketer ahead of the new Gibbs Denley East Anglian Premier League season.

Clive Gyangungu, who is in the British Army and based at Wattisham, is a former Uganda Under-19 international who played at the 2004 World Cup in Bangladesh.

He played against England whose side included Alastair Cook, Ravi Bopara and Tim Bresenan. He also played against South Africa in the tournament.

Gyangungu has previously played for Finchampstead in the Home Counties league.
