Mick McCarthy has made four changes to his side for Ipswich Town’s clash with Brentford this afternoon.

Out go Tommy Smith, Liam Feeney, Jonathan Douglas and Brett Pitman, with Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Luke Hyam, Luke Varney and Kevin Foley coming in in their places.

There is no place on the bench for Teddy Bishop, who made a long-awaited return from injury on Tuesday night.

Ipswich Town: Bialkowski, Foley, Chambers, Berra, Knudsen; Maitland-Niles, Skuse, Hyam, Pringle, Varney, Sears.

Subs: Gerken, Smith, Douglas, Bru, Feeney, Pitman, McGoldrick.
