Charlton v Ipswich: Aaron Cresswell for Tyrone Mings is the only change that Mick McCarthy has made to his Ipswich Town starting XI for today’s game at Charlton Athletic.
Cresswell – who leads the way in terms of Championship assists (7) and has been dubbed ‘the best left-back in the league’ by his boss – returns after a two-game suspension.
New loan signing Jordan Graham, the 18-year-old pacey winger who arrived from Aston Villa on Thursday, is on the bench and has been handed the No.17 squad number.
Both Paul Taylor (shoulder) and Luke Hyam (back) failed fitness tests and haven’t travelled.
Charlton are unchanged following their 2-0 home win over Doncaster on Tuesday night.
Centre-back Michael Morrison is from Haverhill and comes from a family of Ipswich Town supporters, while sub keeper Nick Pope used to play for Bury Town.
