TIPTREE United have appointed Gavin Axcell and Steve Wheeler as joint first team manager and coach. Both Gavin and Steve join the Club with a wealth of experience at non-league level.
TIPTREE United have appointed Gavin Axcell and Steve Wheeler as joint first team manager and coach.
Both Gavin and Steve join the Club with a wealth of experience at non-league level.
Gavin holds a Level 2 coaching badge and during his playing career was at Stambridge Utd, Bowers Utd, Romford and Basildon Utd.
Since that time he has held management and coaching positions at Bishops Stortford, Witham Town and Billericay Town.
As a player, Steve was an apprentice pro at Arsenal and following his release played for Wingate & Finchley, Heybridge Swifts and Bowers Utd.
His coaching and management career has seen him hold positions at Bowers Utd, Romford, Bishops Stortford, Basildon and East Thurrock.
