UNLUCKY Ipswich fell to a home defeat this evening with a 1-0 loss against promotion chasing Wolves.
It took a string of fine saves from Wolves goalkeeper Matt Murray to keep Town at bay - saving well from Alan Lee, Jaime Peters and Jon Walters.
However, Stephen Ward's 33rd minute strike from the edge of the six-yard box, following clever link up play with strike partner Andy Keogh, was enough to give Wolves a barely deserved victory.
