WANTAWAY Dean Bowditch hit a hat-trick for Ipswich Town Reserves as they came out on top of an entertaining nine goal game against Southend United.
Bowditch is set to go out on loan once more and looked sharp enough in a game where defences came off second best.
Sylvain Legwinski and Jordan Rhodes also got on the score sheet for Town while Gary Hooper and Eric Odhiambo both bagged a brace for the Shrimpers.
