COLCHESTER United have been drawn away to Ilford in the third round of this season's Essex Senior Cup.Fellow Coca-Cola Football League One club Southend United's will visit the Len Salmon Stadium, home of Essex Senior League outfit Bowers & Pitsea, while East Thurrock United and namesakes Thurrock will also do battle in the last 32.

The 24 clubs competing in the Coca-Cola Football League, the Blue Square Premier and South and the Ryman League Premier Division and Division One North received a bye to this stage, and they're joined by the eight sides from the Essex Senior League and Ridgeons Leagues who battled through the opening two rounds.

Third round: Burnham Ramblers v Billericay Town, Bowers & Pitsea v Southend Utd, Saffron Walden Town v Concord Rangers, Halstead Town v Harlow Town, East Thurrock United v Thurrock, Southend Manor v Redbridge, Braintree Town v Canvey Island, Waltham Forest v AFC Hornchurch, Romford v Grays Athletic, Maldon Town v Tilbury, Stanway Rovers v Waltham Abbey, Heybridge Swifts v Chelmsford City, Aveley v Brentwood Town, Dagenham & Redbridge v Great Wakering Rovers, Basildon United v Hullbridge Sports, Ilford v Colchester Utd.
