Promotion-chasing U’s aim to keep the festive feelgood factor going when they host Stevenage on Boxing Day.

Luke Prosser sealed a 1-0 weekend win at fellow promotion rivals MK Dons that put John McGreal’s squad in the perfect mood to keep the heat on leaders Lincoln City.

“It was a good day all-round, personally for me and for the team,” enthused Prosser.

“It was a very good performance and I think it shows that we were more than capable of getting the ball down to play just as much as they (MK Dons) were.
