COLCHESTER target Rob Jones looks poised for a move to Championship side Nottingham Forest.
The East Midlands club are said to have made a firm offer to Hibernian for skipper Jones.
Colchester have had two recent bids for Jones rejected but Forest's offer is reported to be around �600,000.
Forest boss Billy Davies said: "We have made a substantial cash offer for Rob and the two chief executives are talking over the deal."
