RIDGEONS LEAGUE PREMIER DIVISION REVIEW

Felixstowe & Walton United (9th) v Debenham LC (6th)

IT was a disappointing defeat on the road for the Seasiders last week, but their home record is good with just one loss at Dellwood Avenue and they will be looking to regain some lost ground here. The visitors will not fear this trip having won their last two to rise to 6th place, they have scored 19 times on the road and have conceded 18, but they have failed to score just once on their travels.

Newmarket Town (17th) v Histon Res (7th)

THE Jockeys had an excellent win at Trafford Park last week and have lost just once in the last four but need to keep collecting points if they are to climb into a mid-table position. The visitors dethroned the league leaders last week but may not be so strong here and could find this a difficult afternoon.

Norwich United (15th) v Mildenhall Town (10th)

THE Planters had a win-less November and will want to improve their home record which shows just three wins from nine games while visitors Mildenhall have a decent away record having won five on the road, including the last two. Both sides have shown inconsistent form recently

Walsham-le-Willows (11th) v Wivenhoe (22nd)

THE home side have won just once in their last four but entertain a Dragons side that have yet to score or collect a point from seven away trips so far. It is difficult to see beyond a home win for Paul Smiths side but a fortnight ago the visitors held the then league leaders to a draw and will be looking to end their unwanted run.

Wisbech (8th) v Haverhill Rovers (16th)

THE Fenmen are the current form side along with leaders CRC with an unbeaten run of nine games to their credit with Jimson and Cubberley finding the net on a regular basis. The visitors have games in hand over most above them and could quickly climb the table if they could string another run of good results together, this could be a tight affair at Outwell with two sides who like to get the ball down and play.

Woodbridge Town (20th) v Dereham (12th)

WOODBRIDGE have yet to collect a home point from nine games played at Notcutts Park and may find this a difficult afternoon if the visitors can reproduce the form they showed last week. The Magpies celebrated their 125th anniversary last Saturday with their best football of the season and will want to carry that form on here.
