There are plenty of games in the Thurlow Nunn League Challenge Cup tonight (7.45pm kick-off).
Ipswich Wanderers could be set to welcome a world-famous star to Humber Doucy Lane, should pop sensation Olly Murs make an appearance with his Coggeshall Town team-mates.
Wanderers, managed by Shane Wardley, will go into the game against the X-Factor star’s side buoyed by a 7-3 league victory over Newmarket a week last Saturday.
Elsewhere in the competition, Felixstowe & Walton could come up against one of their former strikers tonight as they travel to Stanway Rovers, who recently signed Armani Schaar on dual-contract terms from Ryman Premier League side, Leiston.
Stanway are currently second in the Premier Division, whilst the Seasiders currently reside in sixth place. In the competition’s other games tonight, AFC Sudbury Reserves host Newmarket Town, Kirkley & Pakefield travel to Diss, Mildenhall Town entertain Downham Town and Swaffham Town are at home to King’s Lynn Town.
