Former number one Richie Worrall will guest for Ipswich Witches when they take on Sheffield on Saturday.
The Foxhall side had originally planned to use rider replacement for Lewis Kerr, who is on Elite League duty with Lakeside at Leicester, but will now use Glasgow rider Worrall.
Sheffield bring a strong side to Suffolk this weekend, with Simon Stead joined by the likes of Jason Garrity, Kyle Howarth and Josh Bates.
