NEEDHAM Market bowed out of the FA Vase on Saturday afternoon, at the last eight hurdle for the second successive season.
Danny Laws' side never attained the heights that saw them put pay to CRC, Kirkley & Pakefield and Daventry in previous rounds, and experienced Wroxham took full advantage to book their place in the semi-finals with a 2-1 victory.
Both teams scored from the penalty spot, Shaun Howes for Wroxham and Damian Hilton for Needham, before Wroxham took advantage of poor home defending, to slot home the winner through tricky winger Steve Spriggs, just two minutes after Needham's equaliser.
