The former Dutch international, currently a free agent after leaving Marseilles earlier this summer, is hopeful of securing a move before the start of the season on Saturday.
“Hull, Blackburn and Portsmouth have expressed an interest and I am in talks with those clubs,” said the 32-year-old, who spent six years in England between 2001 and 2007, before adding: “But I have not decided anything yet.”
