This Saturday Thorpeness are holding their yearly festival by the sea.

The festival has live music from national and local acts, children’s entertainment, a food market and bars.

There is something for everybody to enjoy.

Entertainment doesn’t start until midday, so you even have time to hire a rowing boat out at Thorpeness Meare.

Immersion Theatre presents their open air performance of The Wind and The Willows, taking place on Saturday, July 8 behind St Mary’s Church in Pakenham.

It will be packed with audience interaction, eye-catching costumes and toe-tapping music.

Gates open at 4pm for picnics and craft activities.

The performance will begin at 6pm and finish at 8pm.
