Brit Award winning singer Sam Smith is the latest artist to be confirmed for the Forest Live series of summer concerts held at High Lodge, Thetford Forest.

The Cambridgeshire singer whose debut album In The Lonely Hour has sold more than five million copies will perform on Friday, July 3 at the event organised by the Forestry Commission.

The Forest Live series of concerts puts income generated from ticket sales back into protecting forest and woodland areas.

The double Brit Award winner will join acts already confirmed The Script, Paloma Faith and Tom Odell.

Tickets go on sale from 9am on Friday, March 6.
