The Bury Bach Choir is joining forces with the choir of Aldeburgh Music Club for their next concert.

It is taking place on Saturday, March 3, at St Edmundsbury Cathedral, in Bury St Edmunds, at 7.30pm, and features “An Evening of Glorious Mozart”.

The concert includes the composer’s grandest and most dramatic of choral works the Great Mass in C minor, Vesperae Solennes de Confessore, and the overture to Lucio Silla with the Prometheus Orchestra and conducted by Edmond Fivet and Philip Reed.

Soloists will be Sarah Fox and Rachel Dyson, sopranos; Valerie Reid, mezzo soprano; Austin Gunn, tenor; and Graeme Danby, bass.
